...and following up with forehand and backhand attacks.
After a couple of shots with the palm stick I transition to a control position to follow with knees, elbows, and more shots with the palm stick. Once you've attempted to strike your opponent with the palm stick 2 or 3 times, you should move to a control position to prevent him from turning the table.

Palm Stick Attack
